Stay informed on your Summit County local voting locations, voting methods, voting periods and current ballot...Monday, July 12, 2010. If you are not registered to vote or want to verify your registration, visit www.GoVoteColorado.com by July 12th. If you are affiliated to a party other than the Democratic Party, you must switch your affiliation by July 12th to be able to vote in the Democratic primary on August 10. If you are registered as Unaffiliated, and would like to vote by mail in the August 10 primary, you must affiliate with the Dems by July 12. To do this online, go to www.GoVoteColorado.com. You must have a Colorado State driver's license or ID card issued by the Department of Revenue to switch your affiliation online. Otherwise, you can fill out and mail a paper copy of the form to Colorado Department of State, Elections Division, 1700 Broadway, Suite 200, Denver, 80290.
Tuesday, August 3, 2010. If you would like to vote by mail in the primary in a county not conducting an all vote-by-mail election, you must sign up by August 3 to receive a mail-in ballot. To do this, go to www.GoVoteColorado.com.
